Deep Analysis of Automobile Braking Noise
Deep Analysis of Automobile Braking Noise
Automobile braking noise is one of the most common noises during car driving and it may affect the safety and driving comfort of the drivers. Therefore, it is of great importance to deeply analyze the formation mechanism and influencing factors of automobile braking noise, in order to improve the braking performance and comfort of the car.
Automobile braking noise can be divided into three different types: braking noise, friction noise and vibration noise. Braking noise is generated due to the braking force applied on the brake pads. Friction noise is generated due to the friction between the brake pads and the friction disks, while vibration noise is generated due to the vibration of the brake friction system.
Analysis and study show that the formation mechanism of automobile braking noise mainly depends on the performance of the friction material, the structure of the brake system, the vibration characteristics of the brake friction system and so on. In addition, the formation of automobile braking noise is also influenced by external environmental conditions and driving states.
Therefore, in order to effectively improve the noise of automobile brakes, we should focus on studying the different brake friction system structures and the performance of the friction material, as well as researching the influencing factors of the vibration characteristics of the brake friction system, such as temperature, humidity and so on.
